Phi-Dan Records was a subsidiary of Phil Spector's  Philles Records.
The "Phi" is obviously Phil Spector. The "Dan" is record promotor Danny Davis, who incidently is the subject of the Rolling Stones song:
"The Under Assistant West Coast Promotion Man".
